That depends on the scope: number of pages, shop features, integrations and users. In the intro call we clarify what you really need. Afterwards you get a transparent quote with a clearly described scope and no hidden costs.
How long does a project take?
A company website is usually live within 4 to 6 weeks. We plan online shops and business apps in stages: a usable version goes live first, then it grows with your requirements. In the intro call you get a realistic timeline.
Do you also handle moving our domain, email and servers?
Yes, that is one of our core strengths. We take care of the domain transfer, DNS settings, moving all mailboxes including old emails, contacts and calendars, and the server migration. With a plan, testing and a fallback.
Will emails get lost or will the website go offline during the move?
No. We migrate mailboxes in advance, lower the DNS TTLs before the switch and only switch over once everything has been tested. We redirect old addresses with 301s so you don’t lose any Google rankings.
Which systems can the website be connected to?
Almost anything that has an interface: CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive, ERP and inventory management, accounting, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, calendars and payment providers. If there is no interface, we build one.
What is the difference between SEO and GEO?
SEO makes sure Google finds your site and ranks it high. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) makes sure AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity know your company and recommend it. The two are closely linked, so we think about both from day one.
How secure are your business apps?
We build to the standards we know from large corporations: single sign-on, roles and permissions, encrypted data, audit logging, hosting in the EU and regular security updates. And we document everything so you don’t depend on us.
What happens after go-live?
We remain your contact: hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and further development. On request with fixed monthly terms. You reach us directly, no ticket system, no waiting in line.
Do you only work with companies in Berlin?
No. We are based in Berlin and work with companies all over Germany, Austria and Switzerland – and internationally on request. Most of it runs smoothly via video call.
